GYMNASTICS OR CHEER PARTIES

WHEN BOOKING A PARTY A £30 NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED, THE REST IS PAYABLE ON THE DAY. **PLEASE NOTE THAT LATE CANCELLATION OF PARTIES (WITHIN 48 HOURS) WILL NEED TO BE PAID IN FULL. **

PLEASE BRING A COMPLETED PARTY BOOKING FORM ON THE DAY, THIS IS AVAILABLE IN THE DOWNLOADS SECTION. PARTIES ARE AVAILABLE ON SATURDAY AFTERNOONS ONLY.

Gymnastics Party 

Up to 24 children - £150

Our gymnastics parties are fun filled hour long sessions which will include fun warm-ups, activities and stations for all gymnastics appartatus and gymnastics based games. Parties are led by fully qualified coaches. All ages and abilities welcome. For members and non-members.

Cheer Party

Up to 24 children - £150 

Our Cheer parties are hour long sessions full of fun routines including pom dance. Parties will be tailored to the age group of the children and will include a fun warmup, choreography and dance based games to great music. Cheer parties are led by qualified cheer coaches. Members and non-members welcome.

PARTY ROOM - £30 for 45 minutes

The party room is available to hire to have food and refreshments after your activity. 

The party room is fully decorated, tables, chairs, table cloths and room decorations will be supplied. Kettle and microwave are available to use.

We kindly ask parents and guardians to inform us of any additional needs or medical conditions their child may have, allowing us to provide the appropriate support and ensure the best possible experience.

Important – Down’s Syndrome

Children with Down’s syndrome may be at increased risk of Atlanto-Axial Instability (AAI), a condition affecting stability in the upper neck which can potentially cause spinal cord injury during certain physical activities.

For safety reasons, children with Down’s syndrome attending classes or birthday parties must have an appropriate medical assessment and clearance before participating. Please contact us in advance to discuss the requirements.
